+ 0 moreI was very impressed by his repore. The job was done in a timely manor. Jess was respectful of all of the work he did and to everyone he met.
Description of Work: Jessie completely tore out our old rotted deck and rebuilt it BETTER than the original. After he was done with our beautiful deck you couldn't find a flaw. you also couldn't find any construction debris. Clean, Fast and Accurite...that about sums it up. oh, yeah...he was the low bid as well.

+ -1 moreEverything looks great. My floor isn't level but Jesse was able to make the shelves level and the structure as a whole looks fantastic. I wish I could add a photo. Jesse was on time and professional in the approximately 10 hours it took to finish the job.
Description of Work: Jesse put up a bookcase/entertainment center/wine rack in my living room. I purchased most of the materials from Menards. The bottom has three 2-door cabinets and two 1-door cabinets (30" H x 18" D) eight feet in width. A shelf runs across the width of the structure about 36" off the floor. It's separated in three sections. On the left is a book case with three shelves. On the right is a wine rack and wine glass holder with room on shelf for mini bar. In center is the TV, with room for up to a 55" wide screen, with two shelves above for cable box/dvd player and books or misc.

+ 0 moreJesse was referred to me by a family member. After the initial contact, Jesse came within two days for inspection and had a proposal written up within twenty four hours. He gave me a time frame which was convenient for me, started as planned and the porch was completed on schedule while I was out of town. I had requested a few adjustments which were implemented and improved upon. My next door neighbor complemented his work . I was very pleased with his services and I found him to be very pleasant, punctual, trustworthy and resourceful. The estimate included everything and there were no hidden charges. I would not hesitate to recommend Waterkotte Remodeling.
Description of Work: Existing deck dismantled and old wood/debris removed. New deck designed and installed with posts in concrete secured with angle irons, staircase, lattice work around the bottom of porch with gate and access door for under stair storage.
