They are awesome! It was a very quick install and they even came out and trained our dog and went over everything with us.

I've been nothing but pleaseed with their reliability, and the care that they showed over the years.  There have been times when I they alerted me to problems at home while away.  While the problems did not require urgent attention, I was comforted to know that they were watching out for my home in addition to walking the dog. 

Watchdogs was also very flexible on accommodating last minute requests for a walker when something came up and were understanding when I learned that I would not need a walker.  In some instances they even waived their cancellation policy.  When Heidi passed away, I was even more touched by the cards of condolence and even a video one of the walkers sent to me that they had taken of Heidi doing a trick. 

Over the years I entertained trying an alternate walker, but could not find anyone who was as responsive.  These guys are the best!!!

We (and our dog) love Karl, our dog walker.  Before moving to our current location, we had a great dog walking service in the City and were afraid that we weren't going to be able to find someone of the same caliber.  We were referred to WatchDogs by our old dog walker and couldn't be happier.  We can always count on Karl.  We have also used them every now and then on the weekend if we were going to be away from the house too long.  All of the dog walkers are interested in "more than just walking" your dog.  You can tell they are genuinely interested in dogs.

I got a late start planning for vacation animal care. WatchDoggies very promptly returned my call & arrived on-time for an intro visit a day later. WatchDoggies could cover a goodly proportion of our needs. We have 2 dogs (1 elderly) & 2 cats. They had sent a multi-page form for me to complete, documenting what we needed done, where to find everything, vet & emergency contacts, etc. WatchDoggies took notes during the visit & explained what to expect. We returned to find happy healthy (rarely the case when they get boarded) pets, with notes detailing what happened each day. All WatchDoggies personnel were friendly, thorough & good with animals.

I chose this company to do all my dog walking because I felt they far exceeded the performance of another service I used for awhile simultaneous with WatchDogs. I chose them happily even though I had to pay a distance fee because my home was outside of their normal service range.

They are awesome. Always on-time, very professional, sensible, love the animals and the business is run very well.

They just exceeded my expectations. They are professional and love the dogs. The company is very well run, They spend lots of time with the dogs and write little reports about the dogs. They are very particular about who works for them, and they're just awesome!
