The repairman fixed it and explained what was wrong. He was very helpful. He didn't charge me because he said it was such a small problem.

Everyone who does anything involving textiles and sewing knows that Vogue is the only place to go. Their sewing machine guy is there three days a week, entirely knowledgeable and forthright, and even though it's not same-day or overnight service, it's done right.

The experience has been fine. They fixed my machine. They told me it was a great machine and not to get rid of it. We use them frequently or the machines seem not to work as well. They have serviced two of my machines and I have been pleased with the service.
