 + -1 moreTHE CLEANING LADY WHO WAS SENT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN EVERY WAY BUT, AFTER ABOUT A YEAR'S SERVICE, SHE DID NOT TURN UP AS AGREED; MY SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THE CLEANING SERVICE OVER A TEN DAY PERIOD WERE NOT RETURNED.
