Asked to use durabond 20 and do only wetsanding (wife has asthma) the worker used drywall compound, set up a fan to dry it faster, then sanded away, the fan blowing dust throughout my entire house. He put latex paint on an oil painted door. Universal Construction then charged me for the work they did to repair the damage they caused!
There are many more things I could write about Universal Construction, but do not wish to relive the experience any more than I have. I would not have written this much had not my wife found me quoted on Angie's list saying he did an amazing job. I have a long history with Greg and have given him quite a bit of money over the years but I would never use him again.
