When we got there the computers were totally down so they could not rent anything. They could not rent the vans for cash. All they could rent the bigger things that was hard to drive. The other thing that they did that I didn't like too much. They put the gas higher than what it actually was. I mentioned it to the man that checked me out, he acknowledge that I was right but I still got charged because I did not bring it back at that high level. . I had to go in there and complain about the six dollar charge that you don't want to have to pay for nothing. I had to do that because when you call in it's an automated thing and it's hard to deal with that over the phone. The vans were very nice and brand new. I took a day off of work to do that, they couldn't even rent so I wasted a whole day. They didn't care.
