They are very personable and good about explaining everything when they come out.

He's very reliable and catches small problems before they become big problems. He's been improving on the punctuality, so I raised him from a C to a B on that factor. He's great about emergencies--assesses whether you can make it to the next day or he needs to come immediately. He also has people on call for when he's out of town. Thumbs up!
