MIKE KOMONTOS WAS QUICK, KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH, AND VERY ''GENTLE'' TOWARD A CUSTOMER WHO DID NOT HAVE THE LEAST IDEA OF RAZOR CARE WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR. HE WAS PLEASANT AND POLITE, OBVIOUSLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND VERY WELL EQUIPPED. HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A REPLACEMENT RAZOR, BUT CAREFULLY AND EXPERTLY ADDRESSED THE TASK OF REPAIRING THE ONE I ALREADY OWNED, AND DID SO IN FRONT OF ME, TAKING THE TIME TO SHOW ME WHAT HE WAS DOING AND EXPLAINING EVERY STEP HE WAS TAKING AND POINTING OUT WHAT HE WAS FINDING. I HAD PREVIOUSLY TAKEN MY RAZOR TO A REPAIR FACILITY IN ELMHURST, AND THEY HAD NOT BEEN VERY SATISFACTORY. I RECOMMEND THIS MAN WITHOUT RESERVATION, IF YOUR RAZOR NEEDS A CLEANING OR AN OVERHAUL, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO.
