We saw listings the first day they were available when we bought our first condo and found a great place at a great value. And when we decided to sell, our experience was really positive and the results were exactly what we hoped for. Having Susan on our side took the stress out of real estate for us and allowed us to focus on getting what we wanted. We would strongly recommend Susan Kipley for your real estate needs.
Description of Work: Susan was our broker on the purchase and sale of our condo in Chicago. She worked tirelessly to find us the home that we were looking for. When we sold our condo a few years later, she worked with us again and helped us sell our condo within a very reasonable timeframe and at a good price. We were moving out of town and Susan helped us find an agent there. She stayed in touch to make sure we were taken care of.
