When I wanted to send a tropical flower arrangement, she explained why she did not have any tropical flowers (It was just after Mother's Day and all of her suppliers were out of tropical flowers.). She suggested an orchid plant and described it in detail (color, number of stems, height)when I questioned her. I did not see the plant.
Description of Work: Sent flowers (orchid plant) to my friend's home.
