They were great. Very warm, very helpful. They gave me a deal on the price because they didnt have one of the specific buds I was looking for. The quality of the flowers were excellent.

The agent at the floral shop was very helpful, polite and efficient. When I wanted to send a tropical flower arrangement, she explained why she did not have any tropical flowers (It was just after Mother's Day and all of her suppliers were out of tropical flowers.). She suggested an orchid plant and described it in detail (color, number of stems, height)when I questioned her. I did not see the plant.

THE FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND FRESH. I GAVE THEM THE WRONG SUITE AND THEY CALLED BACK AND REDELIVERED THE FLOWERS W/IN AN HOUR. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
