Robert came and fixed my washer. Which gave me peace of mind since another company came 3 times and just stood there and said they had to replicate the problem; they never did. I told them something was burning. Anyway, Robert came, ran the machine and found the problem. If I ever have another problem, I will not hesitate to call him. Very happy with him.

Robert is amazing. He spent the time to fix the machine that I thought had to be replaced, and also pointed out the correct ways to use it to my tenants. I have never been so satisfied with a contractor.

This was the second time we used Ridgeway. As luck would have it Robert who previously had repaired our dryer came on this call. We have a combination refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator was not cold while the freezer was fine. He carefully checked the refrigerator and determined the filters were clogged. He opened them up, clean them and once again reinstalled them. It took a little time but once the filters where in place getting cold again. I highly recommend Ridgeway for what ever appliance service you need. If you are lucky you may get Robert too. Robert showed up on time. Took my dryer completely apart, cleaned everything, replaced a belt and put it all back into working order. He had to make a quick trip to get the right belt and then finished the job. High highly recommend Ridgeway construction. It's nice to know that if I need an appliance repaired I have the name and number of a company to call. I thought the charge was fair.

After several other appliance repairmen tried and failed to fix the dryer. Ridgeway was able to get the appliance back together and working again. It saved me a lot of money in the end. Great work. Great service.

Robert was very competent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and thought the simple solution would solve the problem. As he was finishing and packing to go, he realized that something was not right. He then spent time investigating further and found that two parts needed replacing. He happily had those parts in stock at the shop, which was not too far away and replaced them. The refrigerator now works fine and we are very satisfied and appreciate he went the extra step avoiding a further service call or our finding a different repair service. Robert has a speech impediment but makes himself understood and his competence overcomes any physical disability. Weâ  d be happy to have him back for other appliance needs as they arise.

I was beyond thrilled with the service from first contact with Mary her effectiveness and ability to schedule on very short notice and almost immediately. Thank god there are still technician service people with knowledge and past experience that Robert has. The difference between men and boys. He has years of technical problem solving and took my problem and solved it where others were not able. I highly recommend this company and thank goodness a few still exist! On time and prices much fairer than the average market. He even said it was $10.00 less than I thought I was to pay from the phone quote. That is an honest company! Wish I knew them years ago!

Timely and thorough.

I needed repairs to a GE microwave and a GE refrigerator. The repair technician was through and was able to repair microwave the first day and he had to pickup parts for the refrigerator repair the next day. The estimated repair costs were much better than the GE Appliance Services. Would definitely hire again.

They called immediately and were able to send out the tech same day. He did great work and found the issue with our dryer. It’s working great!

Got someone out fairly quickly, our fridge was in a situation where some potential issues would be under warranty (which would require a different repair person directly from the manufacturer) and some that would not. Tech identified the issues, one of which was a warranty issue and I was able to direct the manufacturer on what I would need for repair which helped in getting that repair done faster.

Gentleman was very polite and came out on urgent basis however he did not bring any parts at the time and did not fix the problem if the unit iced up he would come to fix it. the unit iced up again and have tried to call him but he was not reach out or answer anything from Ridgeway. The coil is iced up and I need this to get fix this weekend because I am going on a trip for several days and I need this fixed before I leave.

Ridgeway Construction did a fantastic job on my Mothers home. They were very timely and cleaned up all of the worked area before leaving. Their price was very fair and we would use them again.
