I had the pleasure of working with John on a home remodeling project, and I cannot say enough positive things about his work. John did an incredible job transforming our home, and I would highly recommend him for any contracting or renovation needs. John was easy to talk to, always open to discussing ideas and changes, and he made sure to keep us informed throughout the entire project. His responsiveness to emails and phone calls was impressive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, John was quick to address them, which made the whole process much smoother. It can be hard to find a contractor you trust. I've heard countless horror stories from people who had bad experiences with contractors. Fear not, John Rogers and team were professional, responsive, VERY friendly, easy to work with, and prompt since day 1. We had multiple quotes from a few different contractors, but John stood out above them all with his polite demeanor and diligence in planning our project to give us an accurate quote; and overall we felt comfortable going into contract with them as we felt everything was done by the book. We've had people do work for us in the past, and sometimes they didn't have a permit, didn't guarantee their work, etc. But John runs a legitimate business that made me feel at ease since our project involved many different things. John met us at our budget and stuck to the number he quoted to us. Our building is about 100 years old and there were a lot of unexpected curveballs, but we are so incredibly happy with the results. Highly recommend!

John did a large kitchen remodel for our historic home. We were able to expand our kitchen and keep significant architectural details. His team was able to get custom made historic windows for our addition. His responsiveness and attention to detail were second to none!
