Or if you need something quickly, showroom pieces are available for immediate delivery. The name Plain and Simple reveals a lot about the way we do business - it reflects the furniture, the people who build it, and our straightforward approach to sales and delivery. Our business is owned and operated by a Christian intentional community called Reba Place Fellowship. We have three employees that take care of everything from sales and design to delivery

I had a fantastic in store sales experience with Adam. Picking out a dining room table and chairs was proving a daunting task for me, given all of the many options. Immediately upon entering the store, I was met with a genuine smile and offer to help. From there Adam helped make my decisions painless and actually enjoyable! He was so helpful, offering options and suggestions - it was just what I needed. He wasn't overbearing, but rather supremely helpful. Had he not been so knowledgeable I may have walked away frustrated and empty-handed. Stores need more like him. He is one in a million. The furniture on the floor is beautiful and well crafted AND made in America. I will definitely be back. Note: The furniture is being custom made currently. I will report back on the rest of the experience.

The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with any issue or question I?ve had. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make a minor repair on one of my chairs that I had had for two years. I cannot recommend them highly enough and feel that anyone looking for quality wood furniture must go visit Plain & Simple

I was not happy with them and the way they do business. I ordered a coffee table and later a matching end table. When the end table came, I didn't think it was made well. I realize that wood (in this case, maple) has an irregular grain, but I thought the end table had way too much imperfection. I didn't accept it and asked them to make a better piece for me. They took back the end table (luckily I hadn't yet paid for it). They never put in another order for me and just dropped me, so to speak. So I'm stuck with a coffee table for which I don't have a matching end table. I've since discovered the Amish store in Deerfield, and that's where I'll take my business from now on for that type of furniture.

"We had an end table made to this customer's unique specifications. When it arrived she was not satisfied and we took it back at our loss. Contrary to the report, we did have another piece made for her which she also rejected. At that point we did not reorder. We welcome anyone to come to our store and look at our furniture to see the quality and beauty of it for yourself. We welcome anyone to come into our store and look at the quality of wood"
