I am very pleased with them. They have excellent and punctual service. It's very useful. There is a delivery fee, but the prices are manageable.

This delivery food service really comes in handy when the weather is bad or for some reason you can't leave the house. Prices are a bit higher than the local food store and there is, of course, a delivery charge, but sometimes it's just worth it. When I didn't receive an item and was charged, I would call and they would credit my account without any hassle. Generally, very pleasant and helpful. They have increased the food choices so the selection is better and the drivers are all helpful and friendly.

Always prompt, few substitutions. Love it.

We initially starting using the service when our child was born. It was convenient , inexpensive and saved us a lot of hassle. Our drivers were timely at first. We continued to use the service. Over the past few months the drivers began to arrive late (outside of the 2 hour delivery window). Sometimes the service would call to let us know they were late but usually these calls cames after they were already late. Most times we received no calls at all. We had to call them and ask what was going on. The last 4 weeks they were late every time sometimes as much as an hour and a half. We had different drivers each time so something is systemically wrong with the organization of the deliveries. The truck would show up at 10:30 PM when our delivery window was 7-9 PM. The driver would make a ton of noise (not that he could help it much) and since we live in a condo complex that really got our neighbors riled up. When we complained they gave us a free delivery credit of $6.95. WOW! That made everything better. Well we tried them one last time and after the complaining and the whopping discount the following week they still showed up 45 minutes late. We called to cancel and then when the driver came we turned him away. If you consistently run late you need to evaluate your route planning and delivery windows. The complaints fell on deaf ears and it is evident that our local peapod program is severely mismanaged. This was not the case when we first used them, but I will not use them again. The whole point of the service is to save time and hassle of going to the store. Instead they replaced that with wasting my time and causing a hassle at my home. Not worth it.

Peapod Delivery System Company is run by the local supermarket. I get on their website to place the order and for $6.95 they bring it home. I think it costs the same for me to drive to the supermarket. It's a wonderful service. I can shop for food online at one in the morning. I can pick a date and time of delivery; it's usually a two hour window. They also give coupons out for free delivery. They run online specials. They offer weekly specials. It's great. Also, if I recommend somebody and if they use my name then I end up getting a free delivery. I also have the option to pay them online by an electronic check payment system. I absolutely love it. It's very convenient. I can shop with a list and they also save my list from the time before. The delivery people have always been very professional. They have never been rude. They have even offered to bring food upstairs to me. However, once in a while they are late but that has never been a big deal for me. I've never had a problem with their service. The only drawback I can think off is that they won't have every single product listed online that they would have available in the supermarket. I think they would have only 75% of the items available online. I will continue to use them in the future.

You go on the internet and place your grocery order. On their site they have different categories of food to choose from. If you go on there several times, they keep a list of everything you have ordered. You are able to go over your list of everything you have ever ordered in case you forget something. They tell you what the weekly specials are. They accept coupons. They keep a running total of what you have ordered, so you know exactly what you will pay. There is a delivery charge. They often have promotions where you don't have to pay a delivery charge. You are able to pick the day and time of your delivery. The people who come are very nice. They carry your groceries in for you, and set them where you want them. They are always here on time.
