I had them clean 5 area rugs which they picked up from me to take back to their shop to clean.  When they were returned they had ruined two of my tibetan rugs.  They both had lots of areas with pulls and one of them had actually holes in it.  I informed them and they offered to repair them, and they were very nice about it, but they still seemed to discount my concern about the damage.  Even after a repair the fibers have been compromised and won't ever look right.  I did have them fix one but it's still not acceptable.
