Great!  My wheelbarrow wheel was flat and they had the replacement wheel.  The best part was that one of the sale associates (Gail) helped me remove the old wheel and place the new one on the rim.  it was not easy, but Gail kept at it and there was no charge for labor!

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They always seem to have everything I need and they've taught me a lot about maintaining my home. They've helped me save money. They beat the pants off Home Depot. I love them.

LEMOI STAFF ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND GO THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP YOU FIND WHAT YOU NEED (EVEN IF YOU DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO ASK FOR). YOU CAN BRING A LITTLE PROBLEM TO THEM AND THEY USUALLY GIVE YOU ONE OR TWO OPTIONS. IF THEY DON'T HAVE IT, THEY WILL ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOPS WITH LEMOI. THIS HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE FOR 20 YEARS.

THIS IS AN OLD-FASHIONED HARDWARE STORE, STAFFED BY MATURE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE MEN WHO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR (WHEN YOU INEPTLY DESCRIBE IT), AND WHO OFFER ADVICE ON HOW TO DO THE JOB. I HAVE BEEN TRADING WITH THEM FOR 45 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. PRICES ARE ALWAYS GOOD AND THE SERVICE IS BEYOND EXCELLENT.
