I spent a very great deal of money with this rug dealer because he gained my trust and I thought I was getting collectibles at good value. I learned later that some of the merchandise I purchased was not as presented verbally, and that all of it was grossly overpriced. I've been unable to get a decent, legible invoice with item descriptions and prices paid. I've been trying for several months to do that. One of the rugs I purchased had a poorly mended slit in it and was presented by the merchant as 'museum quality'. I foolishly paid this merchant to repair this slit, and it came back exactly the same as I had seen it before, while he charged me $300 for the 'repair'. I tried to obtain a refund for this one item but he has many excuses - mostly financial based. This merchant has many very sophisticated sales techniques which I was foolish enough to be taken in by. He will 'befriend' you. He will flatter you. Don't purchase from this person unless you know exactly what you're doing and what you're getting.I would strongly suggest having a trusted friend or relative with you when dealing with this merchant. I don't want to publicize my comments here, for fear of reprisal.
