His crew was at my house within a half an hour, and the pipe was repaired.  We had to wait for the walls to dry out, but he stayed in touch to be sure that they could begin work as soon as possible.  In the following days, he was right on top of all the repairs that needed to be done.  His painters and drywall installers did the job quickly, and left the room in excellent condition.  The carpet repair men replaced the pad, and reinstalled the carpet seamlessly.  The final sub-contracter, Parker and Sons, cleared up all the remaining evidence of the flood!  All of my experiences with Koziura Construction have been positive.  The home I bought from them, and the repair due to this event, have led me to recommend them without reservation.  Sebastian, the owner, is on top of everything that's happening, responds quickly to phone calls, and stands by his work.  His employees show the same pride in their work, and take care at every step of the way.

Sebastian came out to talk to me about the project and to take measurements and to roughly sketch my ideas in order to give me a quote.  He set up a meeting with an architect to draw up the plans and started work soon after I accepted the proposal.  He handled everything from ordering the materials, to getting the permits and subcontracting the plumbing and electrical work.  The workers were very prompt and cleaned up every night.  The finished job came out a little higher than originally quoted but that's because I decided to upgrade some materials.  Also, when I saw the superior craftmanship of his workers, I added some projects.  I had a built-in hutch stripped of paint, and stained to match the wood work, and all of the woodwork  in the dining room was stripped and stained to match the woodwork in the rest of the building.  Also, I ended up having all of the floors resanded.  Sebastian stands behind his work 100%.  Whenever a problem came up, (as it will with almost any remodeling job) he was very responsive and focused on solving the problem to my satisfaction. 

About a year after the remodeing was completed I had Sebastian replace a wooden deck with TREX.   Again, I was highly satisfied with the job.
