Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.  They carry the best products.  On rare occasion when we have had an issue like; a color didn?t match or we needed a return (un-opened item of course) or had a problem with a price match, they have been quick to respond and correct this issue.

They are, however, little expensive, but we're willing to pay little more to get the quality and professional service.  Just make sure you are getting the best pricing, you have to ask.

They were on time and very easy to work with. I was very happy with their quality of work in my powder room. Since they do painting too, I will be using them again next month. I am impressed with them.

They gave me a fair price and scheduled work on a Saturday. Joel came out on time and did a fine job installing the shades. However, there was a goof-up and two of the shades I ordered did not show up. It took several weeks to get the missing shades. After a couple of weeks of waiting for the shades I had to call Epco to get the status on the missing shades rather than their taking initiative to follow up on the mistake. I put down a partial deposit. The usual arrangement is that the balance is paid when the work is completed. However, Epco called me to ask for additional payment after the incomplete order was installed. The caller told me they were closing the books for the month and they wanted accounts paid up. Now this was only a couple hundred dollars but it was tacky to call for a relatively small additional payment on an incomplete job.

AFTER VISITING ANOTHER COMPANY, I WENT TO EPCO AND WAS VERY PLEASED. THE SELECTION WAS WIDE, THE PRICES LOWER, AND THE INSTALLER WAS A SWEET MAN WHO DIDN'T MIND MY KIDS RUNNING AROUND HIM.

THE DESIGNER WHO HELPED ME (CYNTHIA) WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND KEPT ME INFORMED. JOEL, WHO DID THE INSTALLATION, WAS EXTREMELY PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND DID A LIGHTNING-FAST, PROFESSIONAL JOB. WHEN THE FACTORY MADE A MISTAKE ON THE ORDER, EPCO CORRECTED IT PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.

PRICES WERE ALREADY LOW BUT THEY MATCHED AND BEAT A COMPETITORS PRICE. BEST OF ALL IS THERE IS A BOUTIQUE ATMOSPHERE WHERE YOU CAN BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND TRUST. EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY. I''VE CALLED SINCE WITH QUESTIONS AND EVEN ORDERED CORKBOARD OVER THE PHONE SIGHT UNSEEN.
