I had a small interior drywall project resulting from a car that hit our retail strip shopping center....went to Home Depot and they had iArt on their preferred vendor list. They did a fantastic job and completed the work on time and on budget....I would use them for future projects. Feel very fortunate to have found this contractor after searching unsuccessfully for weeks for a vendor.

We hired i'art to repair damage to a section of ceiling resulting from a water leak in our condo in the Marlborough, the century old building on Lincoln Park in Chicago. The leak had caused blistering of the painted plaster skim coat. Edwin Salazar led the project work. He and his assistant scraped off the entire 12 x 20 ceiling surface, repaired cracks and imperfections, primed, skim coated, primed again and painted. Other cosmetic repairs were also made. Before beginning the work they cleared all of the furniture from the bedroom, laid paper on the hardwood floor, and draped plastic sheeting on the walls. When the work was completed they cleaned the entire work zone and returned and set up the furniture. The job was completed, on budget, in three days and the results are stunning. Pricing for this scope of work turned out to be a couple hundred dollars over the insurance estimate, but it was entirely fair, especially in view of the difficulties of working in a congested city neighborhood. What we especially appreciated (in addition to the impeccable quality and the fullness of service) were the promptness, the communications, and the genuine friendliness. It is such a pleasure to work with people like these.
