I like that they have excellent service consultants there and everything comes with a warranty. The salesman knew about the computer and explained to me everything I needed to know to make the purchase. It was a no brainier for me to buy from them.

The desktop repair was pretty straightforward - although they lost some of my files in the transfer process. The laptop was a NIGHTMARE. I had to bring it in a second time. Was without it for over two months total. (I think part of the issue was that they sent it out both times...contrary to other reports, they don't do all their own work.) Bottom line - Shawn convinced me that the 5 year-old laptop was worth pouring over $700 into. Should've listened to reason and just about everyone else I talked to.

I've had them out three times. They partitioned my hard drive, they fixed my Ghost software and then I had major work done, replaced the fans, power supply. I've had success each time they've been out. Their price is a bit high, but the work is great!

THESE GUYS ARE JUST WONDERFUL. I WAS DESPERATE TO GET MY COMPUTER FIXED BECAUSE I HAD DATA ON IT THAT I NEEDED TO ACCESS THAT DAY. I AGREED TO PAY AN EXTRA $100 TO HAVE THEM LOOK AT IT RIGHT THEN. WHILE I WAITED, THEY TOOK IT APART AND DISCOVERED THAT THE VIDEO CARD AND PART OF THE MOTHERBOARD HAD GONE ON THE FRITZ, BUT THAT IT WOULD WORK OK IF I HOOKED IT UP TO AN EXTERNAL MONITOR. HE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY COST MORE THAN THE COMPUTER WAS WORTH IN ORDER TO GET IT FIXED AND ADVISED ME TO JUST GET A NEW COMPUTER. I WAS CRESTFALLEN (I'M A STUDENT, AND DON'T HAVE MUCH MONEY) AND TOOK OUT MY WALLET TO PAY HIM. HE REFUSED THE MONEY AND TOLD ME THAT I COULD JUST 'BUY HIM A PIZZA SOMETIME' AS PAYMENT. HE'D BEEN A POOR STUDENT ONCE, TOO, AND THUS HE UNDERSTOOD MY SITUATION. SO AS I WAS WALKING AWAY FROM HIS SHOP, I CALLED GIORDANOS AND HAD A PIZZA DELIVERED THERE (I HOPE IT WAS GOOD, BECAUSE WHAT HE DID FOR ME WAS VERY SWEET, AND I REALLY APPRECIATED IT).

THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE, THOUGH IT IS WORTH IT, BECAUSE ALL OF THE WORK IS DONE AT THE SHOP. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN UNRESOLVED PROBLEM WITH THEM.
