This was my first time using a professional computer repair service. Usually I rely on friends and relatives to help me with computer problems, but I could see that this time, my computer was in real trouble and needed a professional. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. All of my questions were answered both in the Hometech office, and later by phone when I had additional questions. David was very patient with me through all this. Phone calls were responded to quickly....communication was easy. It's a relief to know that there is someone I can count on when I have computer trouble!
