Graham is a fine communicator, and he worked diligently to arrange his repairs to our bathroom ceiling at a time when it worked best for our tenants. You know how disruptive it can be to repair water damage. First you have to deal with the underlying problem. Then you have to make sure the plumbing repair really is fixed permanently. Then you have to deal with the damage from the leak. It takes at least two and sometimes three visits to get the old wallboard ripped out, install new wallboard, then tape and seal the seams and get everything painted and looking new again. Graham handled the job easily and well. He communicated well with us the entire time. We'd hire him again for sure.

One of those rare occurrences where someone comes into your home and exceeds your expectations. This is first time the wood floors have been refinished since built 100 years ago. Great gob!

Ron came out on our scheduled date, turned around a proposal in 48 hours. His pricing was fair. We started the work a week later. Paco was the main contractor on a day-to-day basis. He was responsible, on-time every day, communicated problems and concerns well in advance, made suggestions on ways to improve little things, ran errands to Home Depot during the day while we were at work to get certain items (provided all receipts). He didn't cut any corners, specifically when it came to getting the electrical and plumbing correct. They also cleaned at the end of every-day. 
Ron was also responsive during the process, but at the same time didn't micro-manage Paco. Some things took longer than we expected, because we ran out of tile or didn't have a specific part. Ron didn't try and get more money for little additional things we had to do (like some contractors will demand $100 to $200 an hour for small little things, even when its their fault). I can't explain enough how nice this was. The price was the price and didn't change. Start to finish the project took about 2.5 weeks. 

I thought I had already review this project. Excellent deal and service. Quality workmanship. Highly recommend. They also installed new shower facets at a very low price. Thereafter, I wasn't getting adequate hot water and they sent back someone within 2 hours to evaluate it. I continue to use them.

It was a young man who works by himself and hires a few others. They did a magnificent job redoing my floors and fixing my bathroom. They were absolutely excellent. I called some others, but this company knew what to do with new wood. They knew how to handle the oak on my floor, make it non-slippery, and make it beautiful. They were a little higher than everybody else. They had to move all the furniture from one room to the other in order to get everything done. I am very pleased with them. I used them also one other time where they took all the old paint and primed the bathroom where I did murals which I needed cleaned up.
