Gus Roddy is a registered professional piano tuner/technician providing repair, regulation and tuning services for all kinds of pianos. Gus is a graduate of DePaul University School of Music and the Chicago School of Piano Technology. Gus has been serving private clients in the Chicago area since 2007. Gus is a member of the piano technicians guild.

I provide all repair, regulation and tuning services at the customer's house. I will also appraise a piano.

That said, I've had piano tuners spend considerable more time with my piano for the same cost.
What really upset me was that I hired Gus for a Basic Tuning. When he said he was done, my piano was still completely apart and he told me that he had to lower the pitch and it would cost another $30. I didn't ask for this, nor did he ever tell me it was necessary.
So he held my piano ransom for another $30. How do I know he went through and tuned my piano twice?
