They picked up my laundry the day after I called. I just set it outside my back door in a duffel bag and the driver picked it up while I was at work. The very next day, the clean laundry was delivered in one of Greener Laundry's bag, all expertly folded and sorted. They sent me an email with an invoice and I called with my credit card info. It could not have been easier! I will definitely use them again. The only thing that perplexes me is that the first 25 lbs. of laundry is essentially $1/lb. Subsequent laundry is charged $1.30 to $1.50 per lb. I don't understand why the rate increases like that, usually the rate goes down the more business you send a company's way.
