I had an knee operation and have over eleven flower beds, and I needed to have help. They aren't landscaping. They would like to landscape for me. I don't design and buy. What they do is superb. The problem seem to be not with the workers or the quality of work, but with the way the company is managed . The bottom complain is shortage of workers they can hire who actually know and identify flowers and weeds. Who want to dig in the dirt. This is hard work, and skilled worked. Your typical, not trying to be anti-stereotypical. Frankly those people aren't capable to pull up weeds, and identify flowers. Its not their fault. They probably do in Mexico, but not here. This is still work, and they have been trying to hire workers who can make it. Its a real problem. They have not come as often as I want them to come. Its a fair way to say it. When they do come, its superb work. I want to get the work done more often. Its not landscaping, or lawn work service. They are very expensive, but I am not sure what this stuff goes for. Its not cheap. I have paid $3000 this year for this. Its expensive, lets just say that. I am not saying I could get it cheaper. My lawn people would be happy to get into my flower beds, but I won't let them.
