I've been using them for years and I really like their work. It took a while because they had to order the mat but I wasn't in any hurry. Their customer service has impressed and pleased me. It is a do-it-yourself place but they help and I can also pay for them to do the whole thing. Because it took a while for the mat to come in, he went ahead and did the whole thing for me and didn't charge me anything for that. He cleaned up the frame and restained it; it looks like a brand new frame. It is really lovely and he did a great job. They called me to let me know about the delay with the mat. I would absolutely use them again.
