GOOD'S OF EVANSTON

Yorrick has to be the most patient man ever born. He knew exactly which mat would look best with my photo and guided me toward a frame that would look great and fit the style I was looking for...which is fairly impressive, since even I had no idea what style I was looking for when I walked in. We must have gone through 50 frame options, back and forth to the walls, trying things. At one point, he even reminded me that I might want to check my parking meter (which I did, fortunately!). Although custom framing in general is a bit pricy, I'll use Good's again because of the amazing customer service I got. I'll pick up my photo in 3 weeks and I'm sure it will be magnificent.

Very happy overall although the gentleman who waited on me wasn't overly helpful and seemed bothered by me coming in. The end product was great but I did not get much guidance from the employee who waited on me.

The frame consultant was very patient and very diligent in creating the right look for each piece. To me some pictures were similar, but the measurements proved to be different for each, which was meticulously recorded to ensure the right dimensions were applied for each picture. I was given many different options and advised on the subtleties in difference of each mat combination. The shadow box was pricey, but here also the process was very thoughtful to ensure the dolls were displayed in the best way possible. I'm very happy with all frames they've done for me and will go back for special pieces in the future.

The staff member spent a lot of time working with me to choose the right matt/frame combination. They also came up with great ideas for linen backing and the right frame for the shadowbox. I've had a number of items framed by Goods. Their people always have great ideas for how to best set off the artwork. The quality of their framing is excellent. I've never had a complaint with the work they've done.

The experience of choosing the frame was very pleasant. We selected frames with the help of the person who actually did the framing. She showed us about five samples she thought would complement our photos, and gave us plenty of time to compare and contrast. We picked the framed photos up about 2 weeks later, beautifully packed for safe transport.

THE STAFF WAS ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL IN HELPING TO CHOOSE A FRAME AND MATTE. THE POSTER WAS AVAILABLE WHEN PROMISED AND LOOKED GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, ALTHOUGH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I WOULD HAVE HOPED.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. TONY AND TOM WERE VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING THE FRAMES. I EVEN CHANGED HOW I WANTED THE PIECES DONE TWICE AFTER SIGNING THE WORK ORDER, AND THEY WERE VERY GRACIOUS ABOUT HELPING ME, EVEN THOUGH I FELT THAT I WAS BEING A RATHER DIFFICULT CUSTOMER.
