FOREVER PETS FUNERAL HOME

Christopher is the funeral service planner and pet counselor. He arranged everything from picking up the dog from the vet to preparing the dog for the funeral. He was very professional. It worked out fantastic and he was great. He planned everything and did a good job.  

I can't say enough wonderful things about Christoper Burns. My very beloved 17 month-old Shih-Tzu had a tragic accident at home and was dead in an instant. The accident occurred in the evening and I was out of my mind with crushing grief and pain. Christopher was contacted at home that evening. We didn't really expect anyone to answer the phone but grief propels you to do things you can't always explain. We thought we would get an answering machine. Instead, Christopher picked up the phone, listened to what had happened and was willing to leave his home at about 10 p.m. at night to pick up my little guy. I decided to keep my little boy with me that night while I grieved but the next morning, I took his body to Christopher to be cremated. I was a complete mess. Between gulping sobs and torrents of tears, I choked out what I wanted to have done. Christopher was patient and exceedingly kind. He said all the right things at all the right times. Three days later, Christopher insisted on bringing the tiny urn and ashes to my house. He was concerned that I was too grief-stricken to be on the road. He brought a certificate of cremation and a beautiful poem with him that, although it made me weep, was thoughtful and sensitive. I hugged Christopher and told him that he would be my service provider forever. He smiled a bit wryly and said that he hoped I wouldn't need his services again for a long time to come. I was awed by his immense kindness toward me, a total stranger who was going through a very emotional and tough time. I simply can't say enough good things about him. If or when you suffer the loss of a beloved animal friend (including animals as large as horses), you would be well-served to employ the services of Christopher Burns. He will get you through it.
