A woodpecker had drilled a hole for a winter home at a corner where the roof meets the siding. They came out, fixed the hole, repainted the area, and were gone in under two hours. The price was just fine.

Nils is truly a pleasure to work with. He interacted with me via my preferred modes of communication. He communicates very clearly. He tells me when he thinks he can't do something, and he keeps to his estimates. He's a pleasure to work with, and all his work has been meticulous. He recommended a friend for painting, and his friend was likewise fantastic to work with.

It was a pleasure to have Nils on the job. Promptly replied to Angie's List messages, showed up right on time on each visit, gets right to work, careful, neat, cleans up afterwards, great eye for detail. Will definitely call on Nils again when there's another fix it job beyond my wheelhouse.

Nils was attentive to both the structural and the aesthetic details of the job--his approach to the job was workmanlike and creative at the same time. The finished studio space is therefore unique and I am very, very pleased with the results. He completed the work within budget and was professional in all respects.
