The place was busy and it was hard to make an appointment at the time wanted. Receptionist was pleasant. The work was done in a small crowded room. The operator was pleasant and did the job well and efficiently though not quite perfectly. It wasn't a real pleasant place to be.

I probably tried six or seven places for eyebrow tints before I met Marie at Egea. Some were okay, some were not so good, one or two were terrible. All I I want is a comfortable, clean, private environment (not a store-front window, not a sit-up chair), and a friendly, professional person to work with who will make my eyebrows look like neither Marlene Dietrich's nor Freida Kahlo's, just like mine, only better. Marie provides all of this, plus she is thoughtful, sensitive, and fun to talk to. I couldn't ask for better. Oh, and the heated bed is a real plus on a cold winter's day!

The have a very nice staff and the technician that I used was wonderful. They even offer teenage facials, which is impressive. They are always personable. The salon is always clean and nice looking. They always have products in the window and that's the things you want to see.

My husband loves it there. My pedicures are awesome. They are very on time, very professional, and very clean. Nothing is ever grubby. They give you water and little snacks. They go out of their way to take care of you. Because it's also a spa with massage therapy, they keep the noise levels down. A lot of people actually doze off while they are having a pedicure done. You can chit chat with your pedicurist too. All the pedicurists, and I have had several different pedicurists there, seem to know what they are doing. They don't make you feel rushed. The location is really good and it's very easy to find. There is lots of on-street parking nearby and a parking garage right down the street. The staff at the front desk is always very smooth and professional. They greet you as soon as you come in and they just really get things going. They also offer gift certificates and stuff like that and that is kind of cool. If you get on their mailing list, they send $10.00 off a pedicure or something. You get a little postcard in the mail. That is good marketing on their part and it's also nice for the customers. There is also a great coffee shop right across the street. These things matter and it's nice. You go for a day out, get your nails done, and go grab a coffee. A pedicure is about $5.00 more than some of the other shops in the area, but their service is superior and it takes about 45 minutes. I think their price is fair. It would be nice if it was 30 bucks but they need to pay their pedicurists so I really can't complain about the price. I will use them again in the future because my husband bought me a gift certificate.
