Very well!!

this is the third summer we have used this service. They have been adequate for the low price and at first we were quite pleased, but this summer there is no one minding the store. They have randomly damaged plants and property, given up on weeding, and deny any wrongdoing. Stay far away from Diego and Gaby.

While Lupe is nice and generally replies to the few phone calls I made to him, his billing is messy and inconsistent. For example, he overcharged me one month and when I spoke with him on the phone he adjusted the price. Another time he sent me a past due notice for what he claimed were shorted payments that back 5 months. Also, there were numerous scheduling mix ups. He came an extra time one month and charged me for the visit. When I complained, he told me I requested the additional visit, which was not true. Also, he came one week and started weeding and spraying insecticide, which was not part of our service agreement. As a result, he killed some of my grass. When I complained he just told me there was a mix-up and to not worry about it because it would grow back. He did not offer a discount or to even to remedy the damage. I cannot wait for my contract to be finished so I can go with an Angie's List recommended company.

They have done a lot of things for me. They have come out and laid sod, built a side garden, laid a stone walkway, they primarily care for my shrubs and my lawn. They are always willing to do whatever they can to help me out. We had a very large storm and it knocked over a tree in my front yard and they were willing to come out and remove it on a Sunday. They are very flexible, willing to serve and they do an excellent job. They do season contracts for their work. I think that their prices are reasonable.
