Custom Remodeling & Construction

Demolition was started and all Wall Tile was removed from Master Bathroom. Old Light Fixture(s) and Vanity were removed. Toilet was fairly new, so this was retained, but removed for the remodel. Tub/Shower is to remain, as is in great condition. Old Exhaust Fan was removed. Contractor advised me he'd take care of the moisture beading and hardened spots (Recent Mildew/Mold) that had formed on ceiling by cleaning the area. Master Bathroom is 7x7 and rather small. Originally, I was informed the Wall(s) in the Shower/Tub Area would be replaced, but weren't.
Some electrical and plumbing work was done on Day 2, but nothing major as those are in good shape. On Day 3, they started Mudding the Walls and later using Killz on the Ceiling. I went to inspect this and could see the Brown Moisture spots under the Killz that had been applied. I questioned them as to what procedures had been done to remove Brown Moisture Mildew/Mold Spots and they replied they scraped the area and Killz would take care of this problem. I then stated this is not the way to remove this type of problem.
After this, I then advised them to gather their equipment and leave my property and they would be contacted next week. They did clean up very well and left without incident. Photographs were taken of the terrible work. 
This contractor may be great with pouring concrete, but as far as remodel work DO NOT USE!!! He's a nice person, on-time and polite at all times, but his work is terrible. After further investigation, this Contractor's Company other MB Construction has an F BBB Rating.
