 + -1 moreCITIMORTGAGE LOST OUR APPLICATION FILE FOR 35 DAYS AND ALMOST CAUSED US TO LOSE THE HOME WE HAD MADE AN OFFER ON. I HAD TO CALL NUMEROUS VPS IN THE COMPANY TO TRACK DOWN OUR FILE AND ACCELERATE THE PROCESSING.
