Carolyn goes beyond the clich of customer service. In each of our dealings, she had an innate ability to understand my needs. I actually believe that she understood my needs better than I understood them myself or better than I was able to verbalize them. The house that I recently purchased with her help is ideal for me: the right size, the right period, the right location, the right condition She also provided impeccable customer service, providing resources when I was out of town to watch the house and water the yard, etc. Carolyn is also a fantastic negotiator. I still cannot believe how much money I made on my first house! Her listing price was very bold (yet well thought out), and we got it! I ve also relied heavily on Carolyn over the years to help me after the purchase of my house, with request for recommendations of painters, roofers, etc. Recently, she came over, and with impeccable taste, helped me choose colors for 3 of my bedrooms! I have recommended Carolyn to many of my friends, and several of them have purchased their houses through her. Each in turn was so delighted with their experience that they recommended her to other friends and acquaintances.
