Paul Baliles worked with our architect's design and also provided numerous interior design improvements and tweaks. The carpenter who did the new construction and framing is a perfectionist; this paid dividends after the interior walls went up because everything ended up straight and level. The edges and lines are straight and sharp where planes of walls and ceiling meet. Building Vision also has an excellent tiler. Our bathroom had tile on the floor and halfway up the walls, as well as in the shower stall. He and Paul worked out carefully how the several varieties of tile we chose would transition between each other gracefully before they started in. Building Vision's sub-contractors all were competent, timely and were carefully supervised. We had Building Vision in our home for months on this project, and they were always neat and respectful of our time and home. Once they started work, they worked steadily until the job was completed—no disappearing act for days in the middle of the job. Five years later we've had no trouble with any part of the work Building Visions did.
Again, on our second project, the work was done quickly and the tile work was perfect.
