Susan is the most professional and attentive real estate agent we have ever experienced. She went out of her way to help us obtain a quick sale for the price we were asking. We had to sell our mothers home as quickly as possible and within 1 week on the market it was sold. We believe this would never have been accomplished without all the help and knowledge from Susan. Susan not only helped us prepare the house for sale she also put us in touch with all nec professionals in the area to help get the house in order for the showings. We did not live in the area so on many occasions she was the one to take time out of her day to go to the home and let the nec workers in and then go back to close up. She continually kept us informed of all viewings and up to date on everything regarding the sale from start to finish.
Would never use any other agent she is the one to get the job done!

I do not think that I can really say how wonderful she was to work with. I try to tell everyone who needs a realtor to select her. Susan was professional, patient, thorough, informed. We have moved many times due to relocation and Susan is the best realtor that we have ever had. Susan knows the Chicago and surrounding areas so well. She also is not pushy and wants to help you find the right home, not just make a sale. We felt as if she really care about us. She listened and understood what we were really looking for. It took a very long time for us to find the right home and she never gave up on us! We will relocate again and will without a doubt utilize her services again!
