Audition and purchase of components and speakers was excellent, a quiet and well equipped listening room and excellent array of high end equipment was available. Salespeople were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Ability to audition speakers with the chosen AV Receiver was a huge plus. Installation services (by Che and son) were stellar! Che stopped by to evaluate the space, and then provided tremendous help bringing design suggestions to integrate the new system with existing furniture. Installation went beautifully, prompt and on time. Best of all, many installation services were complimentary with the purchase! Che also solved issues with integration of the equipment with the limited electrical capacity of our house. Brilliant! Don't knock a Wall Wart until you've tried one!
