I was very disappointed, apartments they showed to me were so bad conditions, I couldn't imagine living there. The agent couldn't even advise changes in my requirements to get what I want in the area. In addition, the agent was not willing to negotiate with the landlord for what I requested.
I had much better luck on my own than using the "specialist".
