He called me over the weekend and said he was out of town but would be able to come Monday morning at 9 AM. I asked him if he could come earlier and he explained that he had another call but would try to get there as soon as possible. He arrived 15 minutes before 9 AM. He was friendly, neat, smiling, professional, quick and cleaned up after himself.
I was impressed with his friendly professional manner. He finished the job under 1 hour, door to door time.
