Jim Kaufmann and his service staff have always treated me like a guest in their home. They are very concerned with any issue I may have, and go way beyond expectations every time I am there.

I have purchased four cars from Mangold over the years and I have had my cars consistently serviced there. I have found them to be exceedingly fair on pricing; their service department has been very responsive and they provide a very high quality of work. I have never had to go back for anything and I am very happy both with the dealer and the service they have given me. I highly recommend them to any friend.
