I went a couple of months and I didn’t have any heat and I used my kitchen stove for heat. It was during Thanksgiving that I did not have any heat. It cost me nothing. What they did was they put the, it had been going on for so long that when the boss found out about it, he decided to do it for nothing and they put the whole thing inner part of the furnace that actually makes everything work, he put that in there for nothing. Because I had been without heat for two or three months. That was very, very nice. I would have to give them an A+ for what they did for me with the furnace. When I think of the company, I think of the boss and if we’re talking about the boss, I would give them an A+. I did have to talk to him about a couple of things a couple of times and he got them straightened out real quick. I use them all the time. I just had to order a new furnace filter through them because I have a 96 or 97% chance of the furnace where it does not, a lot of furnaces will lose a lot of heat, mine doesn’t. Because of it, it takes a special filter and whenever I need another filter, then I have to order it through them because it has to be special made.
