Pest Control
I have been a customer for 16yrs. Although having some ups and downs, I still remained satisfied with their service. Today, after seeing a few bugs, making 2 separate calls (with only 1 call back) a man (not our usual technician) shows up. His feet are grass, leaves, and mud covered. He comes through my home (which I had just spent 2hrs cleaning) leaving muddy footprints all through my home, including my white carpet. I followed him with my mop still not giving him any indication that he was making a mess, he simply sprays a few shots in one room and then a stream running from the wall across my living room floor and leaves. I called the office to report my disappointment only to be told he will be talked to, but not one apology from receptionist or manager. After 16yrs, I deserved that much.
