All Natural Carpet Upholstery & Air Duct Cleaners

John and his son, Dylan, come out every year to clean my carpet and upholstery. They're excellent! However, I just noticed that he also cleans dryer vents. So I asked him to troubleshoot my dryer vent that I've asked a dozen other pros for help with and they could not fix it or it was too small of a job. It seemed to me that dryer fuzz was going into the wall, between my vinyl siding and insulation. Sure, enough--John took off some vinyl siding, he took off the vinyl dryer vent assembly (outside) and determined that there was a space between the outdoor assembly and the indoor piping that allowed dryer vent fluff to go into the wall and to decay the wood siding around the dryer vent. He first pulled out all the dryer fluff (now the vinyl siding is smooth and not bowed outwards). He looked at the structural elements around that vent and replaced the wood framing around the dryer vent from the outside, replaced the vinyl siding, and replaced the metal piping with one continuous piece that goes from inside my laundry room to the outside. I do need to get a drywall person out to finish off the inside wall around the new dryer pipe, but I feel so much safer now, knowing my dryer is vented properly to the outside. OMG, this company is aces!!!

Carpet cleaning of entire large home

Perfect! All stains removed. He moved all the furniture i could not move, even though i did not ask him to do it. He vacuumed everywhere before cleaning the carpet. There's no odd oder. He made sure that he cleaned everything perfect and asked for my approval of the price before he cleaned. This is the best carpet cleaning service BY FAR I've ever had and I've had a lot. This is probably the 20th time i've used All Natural. They are my favorite.

Well. He arrived on time. He was very courteous. He explained why he could clean the chairs but not the couches( they are silk). The carpet looks like new. There is no chemical smell, rather it smells clean.

It went ok. It was a hectic day for me. I did notice some dirt still in a couple of the vents after they left.

I was very satisfied. They called me back promptly, set up the appointment and showed up at the scheduled time. The sofa, chair and living room smelled completely refreshed after the cleaning.

Very professional. Special deal for couch, loveseat and one chair. $35 for additional chair. Not all the debris was vacuumed out between back and seat but overall very satisfied with cleaning.
