However much you want done, I will adjust my rates accordingly. I start out with a base of $25.00 which is either one room cleaning top to bottom, or dust and vaccume the house, then I add on for tasks wanted to complete, ie., dishwashing, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry,...etc. My rates will never exceed $75.00.

I don't mess with personal items such as bedrooms, other than dust and vaccume, or office areas in the house.
