I had signed up for the recurring monthly cleaning program for the past year. The first few months was great and then the quality started deteriorating. The last few times it was horrible. The bathrooms would not be cleaned and parts of the houses would be left untouched. The quality was very inconsistent and eventually got to a point that I had to cancel their service.

VMaids does a fantastic job! They are professional, courteous, and my condo always looks fantastic after their visit. The ability to pay using Chase QuickPay is really convenient as well. I highly recommend VMaids.

I called on Monday and they were able to come to my house as early as Wednesday. I had them do the and quot;deep cleaningand quot; service for the first appointment so that is why it was a little more expensive. I plan on having them come every two weeks to do the standard clean. I was 100% satisfied with the work that they did. My house is spotless!!! I would highly recommend.

VMaids was very easy to work with and provided great service. Scheduling was easy and I liked that they have various methods for accepting payments (cash, check, credit card and QuickPay). The ladies were early, worked efficiently and did a great job. I will use them again!

I brought V Maids in for a deep cleaning of a house that I bought out of short sale and that had been unoccupied for some time. I had read good reviews of them on yelp and angies list, and appreciated that I could do most of the negotiating via email- my preferred booking format. Overall, they were very accommodating about some schedule changes, and the team arrived promptly. I elected to pay extra for the deep cleaning offered for move in services, with the understanding that they would not do any work above 8'. Overall, they did a reasonable pass of the house, hitting the basics of the baseboards and the windows, but overall I felt that it lacked any elbow grease. The reason I brought in and paid a good amount to cleaners was to get a big job done, and ultimately I felt like it was really just a surface clean. This is not the right crew for a deep clean of an unfinished space, I suspect they're better suited to upkeep cleaning in a finished home.

V Maids is a dream come true for me. I have been searching for months trying Groupons, Deal Finds, Living Social deals, etc to try and find the right housecleaning service. They have all been horrible for many many reasons I won't go into. V Maids responded promptly to my request and the cleaners showed up on time. They were WONDERFUL! Ilena and another woman came in, actually listened to my instructions, spoke perfect English, which is unheard of, and did such a thorough, detailed and wonderful job, I haven't even the slightest negative thing to say about them! The only thing I was sad about, was, I was so thrilled with their work that I sent an email requesting that I get the same two every time and they could not promise the same two would not come. So I am leery about if someone different shows up next time, that they won't be as good. I guess I will have to take my chances. Word to the wise, if you get Ilena and her counterpart for your services, prepared to be amazed!

I have used this service for close to 2 years now and am very happy. They have always been on time, done a wonderful job cleaning, friendly and very detailed oriented. Several of my friends have used them, all on my recommendation, and they have been very happy too. I always love how my condo smells after they have finished..

VMaid's owner, Veronika Rus, is a pleasure to work with. She is patient and courteous; offering flexible appointments and pricing options and answering questions she has probably heard a hundred times. My house is small -- about 1300 square feet, plus a finished basement. I was a little nervous about my new Corian kitchen counters and the marble floors in one bathroom. She assured me that the women who come to clean have the right cleansers for these areas. (VMaids sends two people and they bring all their own supplies, including a vacuum, mops, etc. But they will use your cleaning products, if you prefer.) Justine and Ella arrived exactly on time and, after a short tour of the house, got right to work. They were real pros, sweeping, dusting, scrubbing sinks and tubs, and taking care of all the other chores that had piled up in the month I have been without a cleaning service. The two women finished cleaning everything in just 2 1/2 hours. Both were very pleasant and, as advertised, at least one was proficient in English, which made our communications much easier. My house was cleaned quickly, with a minimum of fuss and bother on my part. While this was only my first experience with VMaids, I couldn't have asked for more personal service or better work at a competitive price.I now have a standing appointment once every three weeks which, incidentally, will drop the cost by $10 per visit. I can change the day or frequency at any time with just a phone call. I highly recommend VMaids!

I called in for service and got a quote that was far less than anyone else. I then set up an appointment for them to come. Notably, I was not able to be here for the move in/ move out cleaning, but they got the key from my lock box, cleaned as instructed (everything but window washing and deep carpet cleaning), put the key back, and the new tenants were very happy with their work. Overall, it was cheap, easy, and a great deal. I've already scheduled them again for my 9/1 move ins (I'm a landlord).

They are okay. They are always very responsive and very fast to any comments. They do a descent job. Their price is good.

It went well. They arrived on time, walked through the building with me while I explained what we needed done and accomplished the task within approx. 2 1/2 hours.

They have two people come. They are very responsive to requests and suggestions. They clean very thoroughly, including kitchens and bathrooms. They change the beds. They can bring their own equipment or not, as you prefer. They are very easy to communicate with and very responsive and the two women are very pleasant and responsive.

They are very good. The people who come to clean don't speak English, but the people on the phone do. They bring their own supplies. They are very friendly with my dog.

V Maids has been nice to work with. They clean my condo on an irregular/as-needed basis when I call them, yet I most often still get the same two ladies (and have always had at least one English speaking person per team). The initial cleaning is a little more expensive and then following cleanings are very reasonably priced, especially for not requiring a longer term contract like some other services. The only minor complaint would be that on occasion they miss some seemingly obvious things here or there (dusty HVAC returns, etc.), but when I come to let them in and give any specific instructions, they are always followed and those little things are taken care of. I believe that I have used them approximately 10 times, and I think that they girls have rang the buzzer on the minute each of the 10 times, so they are very punctual. Overall, a nice cleaning service to work with for a reasonable price.

I wouldn't have them back. They didn't really do a thorough job. There is a lot of dust in post construction. I told the two girls, that didn't speak any English, that they had to dust out the cabinets that we put up, they didn't listen and I had to go back and do it all myself.

They were very prompt and friendly, really clean and good to work with. We've already set up services to do with the company again. I would recommend them to others.

Excellent. I have worked with Veronika in the past and she bends over backwards to help a client out (short notice, etc.) They do a very good job and do not waste time while performing their jobs.

We really enjoy working with them. They bring all their own supplies (you can get a slight discount if you supply them), are always on time, very efficient, and do a good job. Also Veronika, the owner, calls to follow up that you were happy with the cleaning and checks in on holidays to make sure you still want them coming. We have been very happy.
