My over experience with them was outstanding. They had great communication. Their prices were upfront. He listened to my concerns and adjusted accordingly. He did everything I needed him to do basically except my floors. He did everything at a fair price. He did an excellent job. I used him the very next day after he finished, as I came across a plumbing problem and he fixed that.

After getting several estimates for repairing a cracked support beam in our basement, we decided to go with Villa Contractors after discussing it with Jesus Villa. He gave us two reasonably priced options and fully explained their pros and cons and emailed detailed proposals for both options.
He communicated in a timely fashion and arrived right when he said he would. He and his partner Oskar were friendly and thorough in their work.
I'd definitely use Villa Contractors again and plan to hire them for our next home remodeling job.
