The work performed was sloppy and some of the plumbing was not to code. I bought extra materials such as tiles, drywall and lumbers and magically there was no leftover supplies. Once he had full payment it was hard to get him to come back to do the final punch list items. The toilet was leaking water into the basement as it was not properly seated. I ended up having to hire someone else to finish the project.

They were responsive, fast, professional, and did a great job.

My overall experience with them was good. Their price was a little bit higher.

We new that the drywall was damaged, but not to what extent. Vincente quoted the project based on close inspection of the damaged areas, but without opening up any of the walls. He quoted the project based on what he expected to find inside the walls and the damage extent, which he made clear to us before starting. His expectations were correct and the few things that were a little different than what he expected he was able to include in his price. He was very flexible in quoting different materials, and we went with the best material which was the higher of the prices. The job was done on time and as planned.
