I bought extra materials such as tiles, drywall and lumbers and magically there was no leftover supplies. Once he had full payment it was hard to get him to come back to do the final punch list items. The toilet was leaking water into the basement as it was not properly seated. I ended up having to hire someone else to finish the project.
