+ -1 moreRoss Mechanical failed to return phone calls, until prompted by Goodman (the manufacturer who made my Amana product). Then, when R. finally did call, he made an appointment and didn't show up. He didn't even bother to call and say he wasn't coming. Not recommended. Very unprofessional and rude.
Description of Work: They were supposed to fix the ptak unit that is still under warranty.
