A FEW DAYS AGO, I GOT THEIR FLYER IN MY MAIL AND I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A CALL FOR SOME FREE ESTIMATES ( SINCE THEY ADVERTISED "FREE PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL INSPECTION ") . WALLY, THE OWNER , CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE. HE WAS VERY RESPECTFULL , CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL ( HE TOOK HIS SHOES OFF). HE STARTED IN THE BASEMENT WITH THE BOILER /WATER LINES .HE FOUND A DRIPPING RELIEF VALVE ON THE BOILER AND HE ADJUSTED THE TEMPERATURE ON THE BOILER ( IT WAS TOO HIGH ). I CAN'T BELIEVE HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THAT !!!... OF COURSE, WASN'T TOO MUCH WORK , BUT KNOWLEDGE.. THE DRIPPING FAUCET ON THE SECOND FLOOR , HE CHANGED IT IN THE SAME DAY FOR ONLY $ 150 WITH ALL THE LITTLE MATERIALS ARROUND . THE AIR FORCED FURNICE ON THE 1ST FLOOR THAT MADE NOISE , HE LUBRICATED AND TIGHTEN SOMETHING ARROUND THE FAN AND ONLY CHARGED ME $ 30. ALL THE OTHER LITTLE THINGS I FORGOT ABOUT , LIKE FAUCETS AERATOR, FROZEN VALVE AND FUTURE REPAIRS TO DO ...THERE WAS NO CHARGE. ! A+ ... THAT'S ALL I CAN SAY ... ...:) ...
Description of Work: ALL KINDS OF MECHANICAL REPAIRS ARROUND THE HOUSE : PLUMBING, HVC, BOILERS, FURNICES.
